NEW (OTHER)

Some of our products are New (Other). This means that the items that you will receive are ex-display/ex-demo items. These are fully working products that have been used in retail store showrooms to demonstrate the product. When we receive these products we test and clean them as appropriate and then box them up and send them to you.

Some TVs may contain very slight cosmetic marks that dose not effect the content of the product usually to the tv stands or bezels. The screens however will be in perfect working order. 

Other Items may also have slight cosmetic marks but again will have nothing severe that can impact features.

The packaging that you will receive with these items may not be the original one to your product. If it is the original box then it may be tatty and/or slightly damaged. Instead we may issue a box that is the same shape and size to ensure protection upon travelling to the delivery location.

We will pack these boxes to the highest degree of protection relative to each customers products to make sure you have no problems upon arrival. when delivering your item.

 

 

NEW

Some of our products are New. This means that the items that you will receive are brand new and sealed. These are products that are factory new and unopened. When we receive these products we check the packaging and then put them up for sale.

Any defects or problems will be from the manufacturer or delivery to us from the retailers.

The packaging that you will receive with these items will be the original one to your product. These products will be unopened therefore the packaging will still be as the manufacturer sent it.
